أسبوع هادئ

 

كان هذا الأسبوع هادئًا وإنتاجيًا للغاية. قضيت الكثير من الوقت في المسجد وحديقة تشي ليونغ للحفاظ على الهدوء في العقل والعناية بصحتي من خلال ممارسة التمارين الرياضية. أنا ملتزم بتحسين النتائج التي أحققها باستمرار. أعتقد أنه مع العمل الجاد والصلاة سيتحسن الوضع. استمروا في التحفيز!
