New Formation

From the usual start time of 08:30 am, this year it has been changed to 08:00 am.

The work team is also divided into A, B, and C. This time, I got the morning shift first.

There are no other words I want to say except that my resolution for 2024 is to work more productively and efficiently. I feel a slight sense of anxiety due to this change, but I try to stay positive.

This morning, I woke up earlier than usual. I tried to prepare myself better to avoid being late. The route to the office also changed slightly as I had to avoid the morning traffic.

Upon arriving at the office, the atmosphere felt different. It was more bustling and enthusiastic than usual. Colleagues quickly moved around, completing their respective tasks. The sense of unity and teamwork was strong among us.

Wherever I am placed, I remain focused on developing new products. There's no need to feel disappointed for not being in the more prestigious Teams A, B, or C. Instead, I try to see the positives. At least, I have the opportunity to learn and collaborate with experienced team members.

This morning shift is quite challenging. There are several tasks to be accomplished, but I strive to stay calm and focused. I allocate my time efficiently, prioritizing tasks.

During the lunch break, I spend time chatting and exchanging ideas with my colleagues. We share tips and tricks, as well as work experiences. All of this motivates me to continue learning and growing.

When the time to go home arrives, I feel happy and satisfied. Despite being tired, I feel like I have done a good job. I'm eagerly looking forward to continuing the afternoon shift in the following days.

The resolution for 2024 to work more productively and efficiently feels closer. Each day is a new opportunity to improve my skills and achieve those goals.
