Witness of a Wedding

Today I became a witness in the wedding of my friend from Abang Azizul in Ci. He asked the two of us to be his witnesses. The wedding was officiated by Tok Kadi Ustadz Ansar Baba.

Observing the simple yet meaningful wedding ceremony, I concluded that getting married is indeed easy, as taught in the Islamic teachings. The brief but blessed process.

After fulfilling my duty as a witness, we took the opportunity to stop by the Durian Stall we frequent, and enjoyed our favorite cendol pulut while performing the Zuhur and Asar prayers at Masjid Bandar Di Raja Klang. This has almost become a personal routine, before I focus on the tasks ahead.

Today's wedding has given me many valuable lessons. I hope the newlyweds will always be blessed and granted happiness in their marital journey. Aamiin Ya Rabbal 'alamiin.
