Ajib and Kecik

After a delightful long holiday, Ajib and Kecik finally returned to their work routine. However, this time they felt a bit tired and exhausted after such a long break. Today, I saw them working with such enthusiasm that their work clothes were soaked with sweat.

Today, I planned to teach them two important things. The first one is practical; I taught them how to operate a forklift. They seemed to be quite skilled and able to control it well. The second one is about motivation. I wanted to share four ways to achieve success in the workplace with them.

Firstly, I taught them to tackle the toughest tasks first. Eat the ugliest frog! By starting with the difficult ones, we can overcome challenges more easily and increase our productivity.

Secondly, I emphasized the importance of working hard before seeking smart ways to complete the tasks. Building a good reputation through hard work is an important initial step before working more efficiently with smart work.

Thirdly, I stressed the importance of developing storytelling skills, especially during presentations. By delivering engaging and emotionally captivating stories, we can influence and captivate people around us.

Lastly, I reminded them to be disciplined individuals. Discipline is the foundation of achieving success in the workplace. By maintaining discipline in carrying out our tasks and responsibilities, we will become reliable and professional individuals.

Ajib and Kecik listened attentively and promised to apply these lessons in their lives. Despite their fatigue, they believed that by following these steps, they can achieve success in the workplace and overcome their exhaustion.
