'Si Panjang', 'Si Botak' & 'Si Gondrong'

This shift team is truly unique. All individuals in Shift Team B have special names. First is our supervisor, affectionately called 'Abang Panjang', whose real name is Khairuddin. Our second Line Leader is 'Abang Botak', or better known as Abang Razak, and the third is 'Abang Gondrong', or Abang Zulfauzan.

If anyone thinks that Malays tend to be relax and reluctant to engage in hard work, they are mistaken. At Stellar, we are all dedicated individuals. Whether as a Supervisor, Line Leader, or Operator, everyone strives tirelessly. They work hard, never complain, and rarely take time off. In fact, I often see them working with such enthusiasm that their work clothes are soaking wet.

I am with experienced people, but they remain humble. I have only been in service for 2 years and 8 months, while they have been part of the Stellar family for a long time. 'Abang Panjang' has been here since 1998, Abang Razak since 1996, and Abang Fauzan since 2009. Meanwhile, I just joined Stellar in 2021, during a challenging pandemic season.

The lesson I learned from them is the importance of being humble and not forgetting our roots. That's all.
