How to Stop the 'M3' Machine

1. Corona Treater:

   - Go to the Corona Treater section and press the STOP button (the red button).

2. Winstar Monitor:

   - Go to the Winstar Monitor, then click STOP.

3. Scanner Monitor:

   - Go to the Scanner Monitor, click HOLD, and then click OFFSHEET.

4. Main Monitor:

   - Go to the Main Monitor, locate the 'RUN' button on the screen, then click 'RUN'.

5. Main PB Panel:

   - After that, on the Main PB Panel display, select MODES and click MANUAL.

   - On MAIN LINE, select THREAD, and on EXTRUDER, select DROLL.

6. PB Panel:

   - Note that there are four main sections on the PB Panel: Casting Section, Winder Section, Water Pumps, and Drive Enable:

     - Treater Section: Turn off the Treater Exhaust Fan and Treater Electrodes.

     - Casting Section: Close the Embossing Nip and Sequence Nip. Then, press In for Sec. Cooling Roll.

     - Chill Roll Position: There are four options: UP, DOWN, IN, and OUT:

       - First, click DOWN until the Chill Roll position is lower than the liquid material exit position.

       - Then, click OUT until the Chill Roll moves past the set limit (maximum).

7. Completion:

   - The process of stopping the machine is complete.
