Still here, on the third day, overseeing the operation of a machine that has long been out of service. Alhamdulillah, this time it’s running as it should. My gratitude is boundless.

Thanks to the help of abang Ridwan and Bhai Al Amin, tonight doesn’t feel as heavy. Their presence brings calm amid all the challenges.

When drivers take a break or do not work, the algorithm penalizes them by reducing their orders. This is deeply concerning.
