Movie Review: The Wild Robot (2024)
Director: Chris Sanders
Score: 8/10

"Fly like you, not like them."

The Wild Robot is one of the best animated films of the year. With stunning animation, fantastic voice acting, and an emotional storyline, this film successfully touches the hearts of its audience. The soundtrack by Kris Bowers truly delivers warmth, making viewers want to call their loved ones just to say, “I love you.”

This film tells the story of a robot trying to complete its mission amidst various challenges, with a simple yet impactful plot. However, in the third act, the story seems to lose focus slightly, possibly because the film serves as a setup for upcoming sequels. Even so, the humor and warmth remain consistent throughout the film, making it an enjoyable viewing experience.

For me, The Wild Robot successfully evokes nostalgia and touches emotional depths, especially in portraying bonds and loss. This film made me miss my mom and reminded me of the importance of family love.

Conclusion:
An entertaining and heartfelt film, The Wild Robot is a perfect blend of a warm story, high-quality animation, and exceptional voice acting. Despite a slight shortcoming in the ending, it remains a cinematic experience worth watching.
