STO

Today, I had to deal with the Online Appointment System (STO) once again. Several neighbors came asking for help because they had trouble logging in. I tried to assist, but it turned out the issue wasn't with the system or their devices; rather, it was due to the limited access time. I just found out that the system only opens for selecting appointment dates and times at midnight, precisely at 12:00 AM. This is, of course, a new rule—meaning we have to stay up late just to secure a slot. Maybe this is why many people find it confusing to use.
