"Allah’s Mathematics Differs from Human Calculations"
This past Friday, I attended the inauguration ceremony of the new board of Masjid Al Nur - Tamalanrea. For the past five months, this mosque has become my spiritual sanctuary since returning from abroad. Interestingly, although there are several mosques closer to my residence, I have always felt a deeper, almost inexplicable connection to this particular mosque. The atmosphere here is different—warm, inclusive, and deeply comforting. It was only during the recent event that I discovered how well-structured and thoroughly organized the mosque's administration truly is. What impressed me the most, however, is their weekly initiative called “Jumat Berkah” (Blessed Friday). Every Friday, following the congregational prayer, the mosque distributes lunch to all attendees.
