Small Steps on an Unmapped Road

Today, I took a moment to reflect amidst the daily hustle as an online driver partner. I came across three simple yet profound messages—each of which stirred something deep within me as a migrant, a breadwinner, and a seeker of life’s meaning.

The first was a beautifully inscribed prayer:
“O Allah, let me grow weary from distributing Your wealth, not from seeking it.”
This message reminded me that sustenance is a trust, and sharing is the highest form of gratitude.

The second message came from an inspirational post:
"Please remain calm... an examination is in progress."
Each of us is undergoing our own life test. Some are tested through loss, others through waiting, and still others through unfulfilled love or solitude in obedience. Yet, one truth remains: only those who endure to the end will be called to return home in honor.

The third was a simple yet powerful image bearing the words:
"Life is a journey without a map; sometimes we lose our way on roads we did not choose, but we must keep moving forward."
I did not choose to become a driver, but I have chosen to keep walking, to keep striving, and to continue growing.

Gratitude goes to life itself—though it is not always easy, it unfailingly offers opportunities to learn, to give, and to be thankful.
