Today brings a moment of profound reflection. Securing a new space at the Makassar Industrial Area (KIMA), a hub for Shopee parcel deliveries to be distributed throughout the city, is not merely a new step in my career. This place evokes the atmosphere of Port Klang—a nostalgic reminder of the industrial and manufacturing world that was a part of my life for eight years.

This experience reflects how life’s journey often leads us back to our roots, though in a different form. Back then, eight years were spent amidst the hustle and bustle of manufacturing; now, even though I am no longer directly involved in the same field, the spirit of hard work and contributing to the distribution chain remains alive.

Here lies a great lesson: every experience, whether in the past or present, is interconnected. The industrial world once shaped my discipline, efficiency, and dedication, which now serve as valuable tools to face new challenges in the delivery industry.
