Collaboration

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Haida and my younger brother Nasir. During my time in Makassar, they have helped me a lot and provided guidance about the situation here. Their support means so much, especially as I face changes in my physical abilities.

In the past, I felt so energetic. I could leave for Toraja at dawn, attend an event at 10:00 a.m., and even open and inaugurate activities with enthusiasm. By midnight, I would return to Makassar, and by the next dawn, I would already be at Pusdam for prayer. However, now I must admit that my capabilities are not what they used to be.

Even for a motorbike trip to Gowa, I now feel my limitations. If it’s for deliveries or errands, perhaps I can still manage. But if it’s just to go there without a specific purpose, I feel I can no longer do it like I used to.

Time has taught me that every phase of life brings its own challenges and changes. Nevertheless, I am grateful to still be surrounded by people who care and support me. I can only pray that Allah grants us strength and blessings.
